- Art will be completed in 3-8 weeks, or depending on the backlog of the artist or the promo stated.
- Final delivery time may vary depending on complexity and the number of revisions requested. This will always be discussed and agreed upon before confirming a commission slot.

- If you request art for another person’s fic, please get their permission first before I proceed.
- I reserve the right to decline an art request for personal reasons. If something is uncomfortable for me, please provide me with another option to draw.
- I will do:

— OCs are fine, but please refer to the rate card.
— Char x OCs, M/M , F/F, group pairings (additional char fee applies)

1. Your Art Commission Request
Details of your art commission, the pairing, your idea of their poses or an excerpt of the scene that you want to be illustrated.

OR send a request via KO-FI.2. Once the initial deposit has been received, I'll begin work on the commission.
Please pay the full quoted price via PayPal at [email protected].3. You'll receive progress updates at each major stage:

✦ Your feedback during these stages is critical. Changes are easiest early on, and once rendering begins, major adjustments become more time-consuming.
✦ While your satisfaction is always a priority, revisions must stay within my artistic style and creative vision. This helps keep the process smooth and the final artwork cohesive. (Please see the Revisions section below.)4. Final art will be sent via email.

✦ I retain the right to post commissioned artwork on my social media and platforms unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon beforehand.
✦ When commissioning me, you are purchasing my time and labor only. I retain full rights to the artwork, including (but not limited to) distribution, reproduction, and use for self-promotion.
✦ The commissioned artwork may not be sold, redistributed, or monetized in any form. This includes digital or physical prints, NFTs, AI training, or any profit-based use.
✦ The artwork may not be edited, altered, or traced without my explicit written permission.
✦ You’re welcome to share the commissioned artwork on social media as long as my watermark remains visible and/or I am clearly credited and/or tagged.
✦ Art must be used for personal use only.
✦ You can embed it on AO3, repost it on your social media, or use it in your book bindings, etc.
✦ Under no circumstances may commissioned artwork be submitted to contests, competitions, or challenges.
✦ The artwork may not be incorporated into another artwork or used in another artist’s commission without my written approval.

ART POLICIES
Please do not repost, re-upload, or redistribute my artwork on any platform.
Do not use my art as input or prompts for AI-generated images, fanfics, or NFTs.
No profit may be made using my artwork. This includes (but is not limited to) selling prints, binds, stickers, merchandise, or any commercial use.
Art-inspired fanfics or drabbles are allowed and encouraged ✨
You may embed my artwork on AO3.
Please credit me clearly and inform me when you do so.
Commissioned or collaborative artworks are excluded from the above permissions.
Please obtain permission directly from the commissioner and/or fic author before using these works.
BIND POLICIES
Use of my artwork for binds is allowed for personal use or gifts only.
No sales, auctions, or large-scale distribution of binds using my art.
Do NOT trace my artwork for binds.
Minor edits (cropping, color adjustment, layout changes) are allowed with prior approval.
My DMs are always open for permission requests or questions.
If possible, please tag me or add me as a collaborator on Instagram or any other social media.

PARTIAL LICENSE (PROMOTIONAL USE ONLY)✦ With a Partial License, the Client may use the artwork forever for promotional or editorial purposes only.
✦This includes things like social media posts, websites, and printed marketing materials.
✦✦The artwork may NOT be sold or monetized in any way.
This includes (but is not limited to): prints, merchandise, books, packaging, NFTs, or AI training.
✦✦The Client may not distribute or reproduce the artwork for profit in physical or digital form.
✦✦Third parties may only use the artwork with the Client’s written permission.
✦✦I retain the right to share the artwork for self-promotion, including on social media and in my portfolio.
✦✦If requested, I’m happy to wait until after the Client has launched or published the work.

✦✦A visible watermark or signature must remain, unless the Client provides clear credit (for example, tagging me in social media posts).
EXCLUSIVE / FULL BUYOUT LICENSE✦ With a Full Buyout, the Client receives full, exclusive, worldwide rights to the artwork, forever.
✦✦ The Client may use, reproduce, distribute, and sell the artwork in any physical or digital form.
✦✦ No royalties or additional permissions are required.
✦✦ The Client may authorize third parties to use the artwork at their discretion.
✦✦ I no longer retain rights to use, reproduce, distribute, or sell the artwork.
I may only share or display it if the Client gives written permission.
